Matty McGee has been bartending and managing bars for the past twelve years in the East Bay (primarily Oakland), where he calls home. He’s currently a bartender at Prizefighter in Emeryville, CA, where he’s worked for the past six years.

Natasha Leila Bahrami owns The Gin Room, a gin-centric bar in Saint Louis, MO. She’s dedicated to teaching and creating robust education platforms through Ginworld, a company helping to elevate the category of gin in cities domestically and abroad.

Erick Castro is a bartender and partner in Polite Provisions and Raised by Wolves in San Diego and Boilermaker in NYC. Since opening in 2013, Polite Provisions has been named Imbibe’s Bar of the Year (2014) and nominated for a James Beard Award. Raised by Wolves was Imbibe’s Bar of the Year in 2019. Erick also hosts the Spirited Award–nominated podcast “Bartender at Large,” which chronicles life in the global bar industry.
