Behind the Mango Down River

Caer’s most recent project was creating the “super Asian cocktail pop-up” Daijoubu with friend and coworker Sharon Yeung. When not behind a bar, she tries to spend time with her bartender/videographer husband, Samuel McCracken, and their two cats, Mango and Yojimbo.

Behind the Red Devil 2.0

Jules Mavromatis is a co-founder of Agave 308, Key West's only agave-focused bar. Between the countless hours she’s spent there and her numerous travels to Mexico, she really cultivated her passion for and knowledge of agave spirits and cocktails. Jules currently resides in Miami, where she’s working with William Grant & Sons' Mexican portfolio, which includes Montelobos Mezcal, Milagro Tequila, and Ancho Reyes. She’s very excited for Shaker & Spoon to re-release the Red Devil 2.0. Besitos de Mezcal!
