A Washington, DC–area native, Trevor Frye takes pride in being a part of the city’s progressive bar movement. He’s a fiften-year veteran of the restaurant and bar industry who’s worked in every facet of the industry, which has led to numerous local and national awards and accolades. Trevor currently serves as president of DC’s Wash Line LLC, a Spirited Awards judge for Tales of the Cocktail, and an educator at several conferences across the country.

Behind the Pleased as Plum Punch

Former head bartender at NYC’s Dante, Stacey Swenson has moved on to a new role as bar manager at the recently opened Bar Pisellino. She also heads up creative drinks strategies for Erick Castro and Chris Patino’s Simple Serve consulting group. Stacey was named StarChefs Rising Stars Bartender of 2019. She's been featured in Punch, Bloomberg, Edible Manhattan, Supercall, Thirsty Mag, and various other publications.

Behind the Fireside Festivity

A lifelong veteran of the drinks industry, Robert Sickler is currently co-owner of and beverage director at Finn’s Manor, a cocktail bar and food truck pod in Denver, Colorado, as well as a licensed instructor of the Whisky Ambassador Course, the world’s first accredited whisky training program. His passion for Scotch whisky previously led to his involvement as a whisky ambassador for a decade but in recent years his heart has been captured by agave, following some transformative experiences in Oaxaca. When not at the bar he enjoys Colorado’s outdoors, as well as travelling to countries to experience their native food, drink, music, and art.
