Laurie Harvey has been designing cocktail programs for notable bars and restaurants in Houston for 10 years, and recently decided to go full time cocktail consulting to bring her love of high-quality, delicious cocktails to the masses. Laurie wants to see everyone have access to great cocktails, including those imbibing at home!
Robert Sickler—a lifelong veteran of the drinks industry—is co-owner and beverage director at Finn’s Manor, a cocktail bar and food truck pod in Denver, Colorado, and also a licensed instructor of the Whisky Ambassador Course, the world’s first accredited whisky training program. After a decade as a whisky ambassador, his heart was in recent years captured by agave following some transformative experiences in Oaxaca. When not at the bar, he enjoys Colorado’s outdoors, as well as traveling to countries to experience their native food, drink, music, and art.
Jon Paupard and Betsy McLeod, a couple who met while making a splash in the San Francisco cocktail scene, run a cocktail catering business in the Bay Area called Blackwater Affair. Jon is also the Bar Manager at Runway Spirits inside the Hangar 1 distillery. Betsy curates the cocktail program at Onsen, plus you can find her shaking and stirring behind the bar at Horsefeather. Passion is at the center of their craft, and they are very excited to bring the joy of imbibing to every wonderful person they encounter.
