Austin-based bartender and artist Caer Maiko Ferguson works at The Roosevelt Room and is the bar manager at The Eleanor. Her bar-related accolades include National Espolon Cocktail Fights Champion (2016, 2018), National Finalist for Speed Rack and Chivas Masters, and features with Liquor.com, PUNCH, The Local Palate, Thirsty, The Bourbon Review, and Martha Stewart Weddings. She was named "Bartender of the Year" by CultureMap Austin's 2019 Tastemaker Awards and deemed "Bar Ready" by the rigorous BAR 5-Day Program. Caer’s most recent project was creating the “super Asian cocktail pop-up” Daijoubu with friend and coworker Sharon Yeung. When not behind a bar, she tries to spend time with her bartender/videographer husband, Samuel McCracken, and their two cats, Mango and Yojimbo.
Robert Sickler—a lifelong veteran of the drinks industry—is co-owner and beverage director at Finn’s Manor, a cocktail bar and food truck pod in Denver, Colorado, and also a licensed instructor of the Whisky Ambassador Course, the world’s first accredited whisky training program. After a decade as a whisky ambassador, his heart was in recent years captured by agave following some transformative experiences in Oaxaca. When not at the bar, Robert enjoys Colorado’s outdoors, as well as traveling to various countries to experience their native food, drink, music, and art.
Industry veteran Aaron DeFeo is the owner of Little Rituals, a cocktail bar in Phoenix, AZ. He is known for his innovative syrups and cocktail ingredients, as well as exciting flavor combinations. His cocktails have earned him multiple accolades, including winner of the 2014 and 2017 World Margarita Championship and Arizona Restaurant Association’s 2013 “Mixologist of the Year.” Aaron is also a two-time national finalist for GQ’s Most Imaginative Bartender Competition.
