Donny Clutterbuck paved his own way through a philosophy B.A. from the University at Buffalo by working in the upstate area’s dives and clubs before a brief, life-changing stint at Booker and Dax in Manhattan. Now having been given a huge amount of autonomy over the bar program at Cure for the last five years, he's rooted in Rochester, NY, and dedicated his life to finding progress and solutions in the service industry.

Behind the Verdito

Jules Mavromatis is the co-founder of Agave 308, Key West’s only agave-focused bar. Through the countless hours she spent there and her numerous travels to the agave fields and distilleries in Mexico, she’s cultivated her passion for and knowledge of the spirits and cocktails born from this humble succulent. Jules recently worked in Miami with William Grant on their Mexican spirits portfolio, which at the time included Milagro Tequila, Montelobos Mezcal, and Ancho Reyes. She resides in Virginia Beach, VA.

Behind the Time Lapse

Trevor Frye is an award-winning bartender from Washington, DC. A DC-area native with more than 15 years of bar and restaurant experience, he has worked in every facet of the industry, which has led to numerous awards and accolades, both locally and nationally. Trevor has spent many of his years devoting his time to increasing his spirits knowledge, visiting more than 100 distilleries and compiling a tasting catalog of over 6,000 spirits. In addition to serving as the proprietor of Wash Line for the last several years, Trevor has also served as a judge for the Spirited Awards from the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, and he has presented at seminars and conferences all over the world.
