Macchu Pisco is made from the assertive Quebranta grape (ten pounds of which goes into each bottle) using the labor-intensive copper pot still distillation.

A hint of vanilla, lime peel, and white pepper make up its very light nose. On the palate, a fairly straightforward presentation consisting of white pepper, vanilla sugar, lime, yuzu, and cinnamon. There is a nice peppery bite at the end and a bit of earthiness present as well. Its finish is quick, leaving the palate ready for another sip.
