For a nonalcoholic zero proof version of the Sweater Weather punch: omit the sparkling wine and gin or vodka, and reduce the sweater weather shrub to 5 oz, reduce the cranberry juice to 5 oz, reduce the orange bitters to 6 dashes, and then add 2 1/2 oz club soda. (Note that this will make a smaller punch bowl, good for 2–3 guests. We’d recommend ordering and combining 3 Sweater Weather Kits and tripling these zero proofing instructions for the optimal zero proof punch bowl!)
