July's box is here. And it's taking you somewhere.

That's Amaro is our most transportive cocktail kit yet, an Italian summer experience built around three original amaro cocktails that don't take themselves too seriously but do take you somewhere. Created with bartender Lindsay Matteson, this limited-edition kit is designed around Amaro Meletti and packed with house-made syrups, aromatic bitters, and enough Mediterranean energy to make your home bar feel like a getaway.
What's Inside the July Cocktail Box
This month's cocktail subscription box includes everything you need to make three original amaro cocktails at home, featuring ingredients like rosehip berry cordial, lemongrass-ginger-lemon syrup, spiced grapefruit syrup, coconut water, aromatic bitters, and a lemongrass salt rim. Every recipe is designed to showcase Amaro Meletti as a full base spirit in its own right.
Just add Amaro Meletti and let the summer begin.
The Cocktails
Campo de' Fiori

Campo de' Fiori is our answer to the classic golden hour spritz. More spirituous and aromatic than its Aperol counterpart, this cocktail is light and effervescent with rosehip, citrus, and a finishing spritz of rose water. The brooding but approachable companion to a long summer evening.
Sunset in Sardinia

This cocktail drinks like summer in the Mediterranean. Vibrant, herbaceous, and floral, Amaro Meletti meets lemongrass, ginger, and coconut water in a way that challenges the spirit's reputation as solely an aperitif or digestif. Playful, refreshing, and completely its own thing.
La Passeggiata

A nod to the classic old fashioned, La Passeggiata takes the evening into nightcap territory. Unapologetically amaro-forward, leaning on the bitter, floral, and lavender-driven notes of Amaro Meletti, complemented by the tart and spiced notes of grapefruit. Simple, considered, and deeply satisfying.
Crafted with Lindsay Matteson
This month's box was created with Lindsay Matteson, a bartender known for her thoughtful approach to amaro and Italian spirits. Lindsay built this box around the idea of Italian summer as a feeling, escapist, lush, and a little exotic, and designed three cocktails that take Amaro Meletti far beyond its traditional role.
Lindsay Matteson has spent over a decade at the forefront of amaro culture in the US, from New York's iconic Amor y Amargo, where she became head bartender and ran two national pop-up programs, to Seattle's internationally recognized amaro bar Barnacle. She's trained hundreds of bartenders nationally, consulted across the industry, and built a career around making bitter, complex spirits feel approachable and exciting.
Just add your bottle of Amaro Meletti, follow the recipes, and let the Italian summer begin.
