Born in Brooklyn in 2015, Shaker & Spoon started with a shared frustration: great cocktails shouldn’t be complicated.
We set out to take the guesswork out of mixology. No more half used bottles or late night ingredient hunts, just everything you need to craft bar-quality drinks at home.
From quiet nights in to gatherings that last ‘til last call, we’re here to help you mix with confidence, creativity, and a dash of delight.
Behind the Experience
Our customer experience team is made up of real people who know Shaker & Spoon inside and out! Many started on our production floor before moving into the front lines of member support. They’re the ones reading your reviews, answering your questions, and jumping on any issues quickly to make sure your subscription stays as smooth and fun as the drinks themselves.
We don’t outsource our support to a call center or fulfillment service, everything is handled right here by the folks who live and breathe what we do. Our subscribers consistently tell us that this personal touch is one of their favorite parts of the Shaker & Spoon experience.
