Lime Oleo Citrate

Introducing: lime oleo citrate! The miraculously shelf-stable lime juice stand-in that is shockingly bright, lasts for weeks in the fridge (after opening), all without a single ounce of juice! Using an intensive oleo process with citric and malic acid powders, we draw out an incredible amount of flavor from what would previously have been thrown away (lime peels). We are thrilled to be doing our part in the sustainability movement and are excited to offer the first (that we know of) commercial oleo citrate product! Use it to make more daiquiris, margaritas, gimlets, or anything else calling for fresh lime juice!
