Super lemon-lime juice is a new flavor in the next step in our evolution of the shelf-stable citrus juice replacement. This fantastic shelf-stable product is a great replacement for the combination of lemon and lime juice in any recipe, good for 1+ years in the cabinet, and should sit fine in your fridge after opening for 3+ months.

The process involves mixing a combination of fresh-squeezed lemon and lime juice with the oleo citrate we make from lemon peels. We personally love using multiple parts of the lemon and lime (both the juice and the peel) to create a complex flavor profile that is the most sustainable way to utilize lemons and limes while also making them far more shelf stable.
