Greg Benson recommends a split base of Mexican corn-based whiskey (1 oz Abasolo Whisky) and mezcal espadín (1 1/2 oz Mala Mía Espadin Mezcal) for this cocktail. If you don’t have Mexican whiskey handy for the split base version of this cocktail, it will also work great using a full 2 1/2 oz of mezcal espadín.

Not gluten free: IPA tincture.
