Lindsay Matteson is the managing partner at Hell or High Water in Louisville, Kentucky. She has also worked at such notable establishments as the Flatiron Lounge, Pouring Ribbons, canon, and Amor y Amargo, where she served as head bartender, and was the bar manager at Barnacle, an Italian aperitivo bar, and the classic oyster joint the Walrus and the Carpenter in Seattle.
