Mes Morado Kit is, to our knowledge, free from the Top 9 major allergens: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Prepare the chicha morada as directed, and set the Underberg aside for another occasion. In step 1, rather than using a mixing glass, add 1 1/2 oz chica morada, 1/2 oz pineapple gum syrup, 1/2 oz pineapple juice, and 1/4 oz lime juice to a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until it’s ice-cold and frost shows on the outside (about 15–30 seconds). Double strain into the glass (without ice), and voila—you’ve achieved a nonalcoholic zero proof version of Mes Morado!
