Ronnie Bertellotti has been part of the ShakeStir family for over seven years and now steps into a new role as our in-house bartender at Shaker & Spoon. She got her start behind the bar in Chicago in 2015, working her way up through the city’s vibrant cocktail scene. What began as a way to fill her days quickly grew into a passion—a space to channel her creativity and love of hospitality. Ronnie brings an intuitive approach to flavor development, always aiming to make cocktails that feel exciting and approachable. She’s also endlessly curious, constantly testing new techniques and ingredients to keep each box fresh.
