Rather than shaking in step 1, instead fill a collins glass with cubed ice. Add 1 oz super lemon juice, 1 oz Sother’s grenadine, 3 dashes (not drops) honey lavender bitters, and 2 oz tonic water to the glass and softly stir to combine. And voila—you’ve achieved a nonalcoholic zero proof version of French Fizz!
